About Me

Hello there! Thank you for visiting my blog, Science & Tea! This blog has come about from my passion for all things science, space and of course tea! From a young age, I was always interested in the odd and weird science stories (thank you Horrible Science!) as well as space. I was that eight year old girl who wanted to go to space and bring home a pet alien. Now that I’m all grown up, I would still love to go to space however I have changed my mind on the pet alien (see “Life“, a 2017 movie which has officially scarred me off the idea)…

This blog will be a place for me to share my favourite scientific facts and cool/weird and kooky stories about all things science and space. So please, sit back with a cup of tea/coffee/whatever your chosen poison is, and I hope you enjoy the blog posts!

If there is anything you would like me to research and cover, please let me know! I love to research new things so I will gladly welcome any ideas! Just pop the details into the box below and I’ll get right on it!

Lots of love,

Shannon-Marie ✨
